Once a party package is in your cart, Add Ons can be purchased by using the “Shop” feature of our website. Choose and add to cart which Add Ons you would like, then checkout all together.
We do not allow parties of any kind during our normal business hours without a Play party package. You may not bring in gifts, ice cream, cake or cupcakes, decorations, or re-arrange furniture in the play area without a party package.
Grip socks are needed for all guests (no shoes allowed).

You get a complimentary 30 minutes to set up, 3 hours of party time, then 30 minutes for clean up! The last 30 minutes are reserved for cake and presents.
You would need to book a Basic Party Package and then you can choose which items you would like as an add on.
You will need to book online through our booking options. Once there you can reserve any open dates and times. The date and time is not reserved until you complete registration and put your deposit down.
Yes max guests refers to the max number of people you can have in the facility for your party. Children and adults cannot be more than the max number of guest listed.
Yes. You will receive 8 play passes for your children’s friends if you choose to do the Open Play Party package in addition to private use of the party room for 1 hour.
Deposits are non-refundable. If given at least 2 weeks notice deposit can be used as a credit for a future party.
Catering, home cooked, potluck, you name it! The only thing we ask is to not bring nuts and we cannot have open flames under food. Other than that bring whatever your heart (aka your stomach) desires!
